Privacy Policy

The Florida Man Games — Effective July 2, 2026

The Florida Man Games ("we," "us") operates streaming apps for Roku and Amazon Fire TV. This policy explains what information the apps handle.

Information we handle

• No account required. The apps have no login and do not ask for your name, email, or password.
• Playback progress. To power "Continue Watching," the apps store how far you watched each video locally on your device. This does not leave your device in a form tied to your identity.
• Streaming requests. When you play a video, standard technical requests (such as your device's IP address) are made to our content delivery provider to deliver the stream, as with any internet video.
• Purchases. Pay-per-view purchases are processed entirely by the platform store (Roku Pay or the Amazon Appstore). We never receive or store your payment card details.

What we do not do

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not build advertising profiles about you.

Children

The apps are not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

Changes

We may update this policy; material changes will be reflected on this page with a new effective date.
